「2011第八屆亞洲-大洋洲地球科學學會年會」(AOGS2011, the society's 8th Annual General Meeting ) 將於民國100年在台北舉行。
學會辦公室喬遷─由於學會與期刊的業務量增加，使得辦公空間無法滿足人力的需求與檔案的存放，經台灣大學理學院各位老師的協調與支援，由全球變遷研究中心215室遷移至221室，改善了原有的空間與辦公環境，在此特別表達感謝之意。

以下調整案經民國九十四年一月二十八日第七屆第一次會員大會決議通過：
1. 會員常年會費調整如下(生效日期：民國九十五年一月一日起生效)：
(1)國內普通會員年會費由目前之每年 300 元增加為每年 500 元。
(2)國內預備會員年會費由目前之每年 100 元增加為 250 元。
(3)國外會員比照國內一般會員年會費，但權益略有不同（見下文）。
2. 會員之權益將予以增加並做調整如下：
(1)凡繳費之會員將按期寄送 TAO 期刊及光碟片(內含該期各文章之 pdf 檔)，國外會員僅寄光碟版，若需要紙本需加付郵資；未繳費之會員自 2005 年 3 月起將僅寄光碟版，自 2006 年 3 月將僅以電子信函通知 TAO 期刊之出版。
(2)凡繳費之會員每年年終將會收到一片全年之 TAO 期刊光碟片，內含全年 之文章，並附搜尋功能。
(3)凡繳費之會員擔任第一作者(corresponding author)之論文在 TAO 出版 時，論文發表費得享七折優待(不包括彩色圖片製版費)。
(4)凡繳費之會員得享有登入地科學會會員專用網頁之權利。 (5)凡繳費會員將按期收到地科學會會員通訊。
